What actually keeps the whole place together are the people – the rowers, the volunteers who help in small ways, the committee.. the coaches, the ones who stop and help sort out a boat issue... well we'll get a few interviews happening and we can all get to know the people who make the place work – there's an interview with Graeme Murphy ready to be published and we'll gradually catch up with the other people as we go along.
